| Jessica Lyczkowski has been with BIC Graphic NA for 6 years, starting as a temp in our credit department. From there she moved full time into clarifications and finally to inside sales. Her team (Paul Migliorino, and Pam Clement, Jessica Baker, Micky Goblirsch) is equipped to assist distributors, whatever their needs may be. They work together to provide the best possible service.
A typical day is providing any pre-sales needs (virtuals, pricing, product suggestions), analyzing sales reports, making sales calls, and working with the Inside Sales team to help cover the team’s emails and voicemails. Jess loves getting to know her distributors, and especially loves their sense of humor (Kerin), past and present stories and building relationships with them.
In her spare time she runs the business she owns with her husband keeping busy with marketing, website maintenance, social media promotions and accounting. She also enjoys baking cookies on the weekend with her daughter to bring to nursing homes.
Her favorite product is The Eagle Award signed by Pino Signoretto. So magnificent!
