Cory Faulds, Account Security Systems Administrator – Sleepy Eye, MN
Today we are honoring Cory as a BIC Graphic Hero for not only taking care of the items that are his primary job focus, but also being a valuable go-to resource for MacPac and telephone systems! Cory began with BIC Graphic NA 4-1/2 years ago as a desk side support technician and accepted a promotion to his current role in August of 2015.
Cory sets up, modifies and terms the user accounts for all employees within the company at all sites including Clearwater, Red Wing and Sleepy Eye as well as Kowloon and Shenzhen, China. He also is the administrator for the telephony systems, works network tickets and MacPac, supports SLE and RDW CIM servers (DCT) and provides support to IT/end users on issues and processes.
Cory enjoys being the go-to guy for answers and direction in multiple different areas of IT, and providing support in the ever-evolving business environment. His favorite item is the #15733 Premium Stripe Reclining Chair because he owns a few, and they are great for napping!
When he isn’t working (which isn’t often because he has five jobs!), Cory enjoys fishing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, camping, working on his farm site and tinkering with electronics. He has traveled to Vegas three times and had fun, even though he came home broke each time.
