Casey Walter, Sr. Manager, HR Transformation
Today we are honoring Casey for her contributions as part of the BG People Team driving technology and strategic initiatives. In her first year with the company, she has already built several solutions within SmartSheets to gain information and track valuable People data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
Casey joined the BIC Graphic NA human resources team in April 2018, focusing on the Customer Experience and the People Experience. Her primary responsibility is to drive HR technologies and create one source of truth for BGNA employees from an HR perspective. She works closely with her team to build solutions through surveys and workshops where they receive employee feedback.
Casey is also instrumental to our efforts as we work toward continued customer experience enhancements. She partners with various project leads to make sure proper communication plans are built out as BIC Graphic NA starts to change internal processes to re-create the customer experience and identify potential areas of improvement. Being able to truly advocate for the customer while developing strategies that focus on both the customer and people experience within an organization makes Casey excited for each work day.
In her spare time, Casey is on the board for her local Michigan State University alumni chapter and runs their event communication planning. Last year her alumni chapter raised more than $4,000 on just their #givegreen day to give funds directly to student scholarships.
Casey is obsessed with the KOOZIE® product line because it fits her lifestyle so well. She says there really is a KOOZIE® product for all her outdoor adventures.
