Order Management/Manufacturing Liaison – Sleepy Eye, MN
Today we recognize Gregory for his role in facilitating order changes between our order management and production teams. Gregory joined the Koozie Group team in 2018, when he was hired directly into the Manufacturing Liaison Team Department in Sleepy Eye.
Each day, Gregory and his department receive different types of order changes that can range from item substitutions, to imprint changes, and even rush requests. One of the most exciting changes currently taking place in Gregory’s own department is the improvement being made to various processes to help his team work smarter.
Gregory’s favorite Koozie Group product category is calendars, and his favorite part about working at the company is his co-workers. “I interact with several different departments, and we all keep each other laughing throughout the day.”
When asked which people power he is most passionate about, Gregory said, “One Team. We are all in this together to get these orders moving and to our customers on time.”
In his spare time, Gregory enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
