A real estate brokerage sponsored a summer “1980’s movies on the lawn” series in their local community. As part of their sponsorship, they got to choose one week’s movie and provide a giveaway to moviegoers that evening.

The brokerage showed The Money Pit and partnered with a local home inspection company to giveaway #40512 Frosty Stripe First Aid Kits. They also included a brokerage business card and home inspection coupon inside each kit. Both businesses reported an increase in customer inquiries after the event and coupon redemptions exceeded the inspection company’s projections.
