A political campaign created a sub-group for voters under 40 as part of their push to reach a younger demographic. As group membership grew virtually, organizers began to get requests for “merch” via social media. Participants wanted to show support for their candidate as they moved offline and took their campaign out into their communities once stay at home orders were lifted.

Organizers added an online store including the #26189 Cap America Flag Mesh Back Cap with the group’s logo embroidered on the front. The patriotic choice was the perfect fit for campaigning, and was offered in trendy navy, charcoal and even camouflage to appeal to a variety of supporters. Within a week of adding the cap to their online store it sold out, and the political organizers have placed a reorder for their growing group membership.
