A boutique hotel chain with 20 properties in the Northwest United States was launching a new luxury bedding program. As part of the new amenity, they added an in-room survey card that sat atop the bedding to get immediate guest feedback.

Pens were attached to the survey cards with the cap clip. Survey participation surpassed projections and the hotel has reordered the pens multiple times for use across all areas of each property.
