Write On! Wednesdays: Letters to Santa

For all the young (and young at heart) who have been nice instead of naughty this year, it’s time to break out the pen and paper and write your annual letter to Santa Claus! Maybe you’ve been wanting a new bike or a sewing machine or any number of amazing products from Koozie Group.

Whatever your heart’s desire, it doesn’t hurt to put in a request with ol’ Kris Kringle himself! Plus, it’s just fun, and as Hudson Valley Parent points out, it keeps children connected to the act of letter writing with good old pen and paper.

Check out these holly jolly facts from Time Magazine about this yearly holiday tradition and the big man in red himself:

Once you’re ready to pen your own letter to jolly old St. Nick, you’re going to want to grab a piece of paper and the #55945 Souvenir® Armor Pen! This high-style writing instrument features a chrome tip, clip, and die-cut grip design, as well as InstaGlide® upgraded hybrid ink. It’s also rubberized to allow for a comfortable grip (which is especially nice if you’re making a long list).  And, fittingly for the holidays, it even comes in red and green!

Make sure you stay on Santa’s nice list by heading over to www.kooziegroup.com to find even more great gift ideas. Happy Holidays!

Fun Fact: So, what does the USPS do with the thousands of letters to Santa it receives each year? Well, one program allows parents to reply to their child’s letter – complete with the North Pole Postmark! Additionally, USPS Operation Santa® makes it possible for people to adopt and respond to these letters, fulfilling the holiday wishes of children and families across the country.
