PromoStandards is available to any Koozie Group® Distributor with an active account. When you take advantage of PromoStandards to exchange data quickly and easily with us, you can minimize transactional errors, freeing up time for you to build customer relationships and close more sales.
As soon as the integration of IMAGEN Brands™ products into the Koozie Group® product lineup is complete in March 2024, we’ll be turning off the IMAGEN Brands™ PromoStandards service. Then, you’ll only need to query Koozie Group® PromoStandards services, which will become a one-stop shop for the combined Koozie Group® and IMAGEN Brands™ portfolio of products!
How to Get Koozie Group® Credentials
If you don’t have Koozie Group® credentials, it’s easy to get started. Simply reach out to integrationsupport@kooziegroup.com for your credentials.
There’s no cost to use PromoStandards – but a distributor may need some IT resources to get everything up and running. Download the PromoStandards specifications and have your IT leader determine the path to implementation. We have a dedicated in-house team who can walk your IT team through setting it up if you have any questions.
The following PromoStandards services are currently provided by Koozie Group::
- Order Status: Provides real-time status updates of where the order is as it progresses through our system.
- Inventory: Provides real-time inventory levels.
- Product Media: Provides media content like images, test reports, and art templates for all Koozie Group® products.
- Order Shipment Notification (OSN): Provides real-time shipping information, including tracking numbers, as orders ship out of the Koozie Group® system.
- Product Data: Provides all the product data needed to promote and sell products on your site(s), including information such as item colors, imprint options, and more.
- Invoices: Provides invoicing data for orders placed with Koozie Group.
- Product Pricing & Configuration: Provides all product configuration options, including imprinting options, part options, applicable charges, and customer pricing.
- Purchase Order: Provides integrated purchase orders, reducing human touches and errors.
