The chat feature on our website just got a major upgrade.
What’s New:
- No Log-in Needed: You no longer need to be logged in to the website to chat with us. Simply enter the email associated with your account, receive a One-Time Password (OTP), and you’re in!
- Fast Answers: Get quick help with product information, pricing, and order status.
- AI-Powered Chat: When asking about order status, you’ll now be greeted by Kai, our Koozie Group® AI Assistant. More on that below.
If we don’t recognize your email address, we’ll prompt you to give our Customer Service team a call to get set up.
Text Us for On-the-Go Ease

How It Works:
- Text us at (844) 256-6943. If your phone number is already associated with a contact in our system, you’ll be routed to Kai or a live agent, depending on your request. If your number isn’t found, you’ll be directed to contact our Customer Service team.
- Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET to help with inventory, product info, pricing, and more.
- Seamless Sessions: Conversations are saved under your contact for future reference.
Keep in mind: custom orders, escalations, and emoji responses aren’t supported via text. But for order status, product info, pricing inquiries, inventory quantities, freight quotes, invoice requests, and standard rush requests, it’s your new go-to channel.
