Today we honor Dan for working tirelessly with distributors, suppliers, and other departments to get data flowing between systems. He has been instrumental in integrating new brand partners with our systems this year, and led the effort to set up an automated processes to improve the customer experience.

Dan joined BIC Graphic NA nearly 4 years ago as an IT eBusiness Analyst before joining the IT Integrations Team. His day-to-day consists of working with both internal and external customers to identify requirements and build data solutions to flow data between various external and internal systems.

Dan’s favorite part of working at BIC Graphic NA is the people and especially the team he works with every day. He appreciates how the Integrations Team is always willing to go the extra mile to assist one another and – most importantly – provide customer-centric solutions.

The “Know the Business & Deliver” People Power resonates most with Dan because from and IT standpoint it is vital to know the business so he can deliver the best possible solutions. He knows that understanding the business and industry as a whole allows people to see the big picture, provide solutions that align with company goals and keeps BIC Graphic NA a step ahead of our competition.

Recently, Dan has been excited to work with the team to provide a solution for a distributor that automates a high percentage of their orders directly into our system. He has also been working on a solution to retrieve inventory, order status and shipping information from our supplier’s system so we can communicate that information directly to our customers.

Dan’s favorite product is the #45081 Koozie® Collapsible Can Kooler because he firmly believes you can never have too many Koozie® products! In his spare time, Dan loves to golf. He picked up the game two years ago and has had “the itch” ever since. However, he’s still waiting for that first hole-in-one!

Dan is excited to marry his beautiful fiancé, Jaclyn, this October. Together they have a 2-year-old labradoodle named Olive (pictured).
