Voice of the Customer (VOC) Team Tier II Member – Care Krew – Red Wing, Minnesota
Today we recognize Randi Morgan for her role as a VOC Team Tier II Member on our Care Krew.
Randi has worked for the company for 18 years, beginning in Production and then transitioning into various office roles in Clarification, Manufacturing Liaison Team (MLT), Team Lead for Customer Relations, Claims, Customer Advocate Team (CAT), and VOC Tier II.
Each day in her present role, Randi works with the Tier II VOC teams and the Large Orders Team and helps to resolve executive escalations. She is also currently working on a pilot program that she is very honored and excited to be a part of! This program is one of the reasons why she is excited to come into work each day.
“I enjoy helping to make a difference with our customers and showing them that Koozie Group cares,” she said.
For Randi, the best part about being a Koozie Group employee is, “Working with such an amazing group of enthusiastic coworkers and knowing that we’re working together for the same goal – our customers!”
The People Power that Randi is most passionate about is “One Team” because she says she would not be able to succeed in her day-to-day job responsibilities without the amazing team she gets to work with every day. As for her favorite product, Randi is partial toward the #46113 Glacial Diamonds Tumbler – 20 oz., an item that she has been using every day for years.
In her spare time, Randi likes being with family and friends and “enjoying our very short summer months” in Minnesota.
