Koozie Group and IMAGEN Brands Combine for Enhanced Customer Experience

Koozie Group keep the good going together IMAGEN Brands products moving to Koozie Group 2024

We are excited to announce that we are combining IMAGEN Brands and Koozie Group under the Koozie Group® name to deliver impactful products and best-in-class service to our distributor partners. Expect the best of both worlds when it comes to service, lead times, product assortment, order management (including our popular Koozie Group Tracker™), and commitment to sustainability.

There is no immediate change to the day-to-day operations for either supplier, and customers should expect a planned transition into one single ordering process that will go into effect at the end of Q1 2024. Our sales, customer service, and finance teams will communicate specific pertinent information regarding this change with customers as it becomes available.

After three years of working together, this seemed like the right time to align common and best practices from across our sites and functions to bring our customers a thoughtful assortment of best brands and products all in one place. We will combine our sales and service teams, which allows us to increase our support coverage, provide easier order management, and deliver faster lead times, improved flexibility, and additional value-added services.

What does this transition mean?
Since IMAGEN Brands became part of the Koozie Group® family in December 2020, the two companies have been operating with separate go-to-market strategies. While many of our back-of-house teams have supported both business units, our customer-facing teams have interacted with customers as two separate companies. This integration will combine all aspects of the business under the Koozie Group name.

Why are you making this change now?
Over the past three years, we’ve had the unique opportunity to learn additional best
practices from each company and leverage each other’s strengths to create a shared
roadmap for how we can deliver impactful products and best-in-class service offerings to our customers.

Will all product lines remain?
We will continue to offer products across 10+ categories and 25+ brands with a focus on our top-selling proprietary brands and our retail brand partners.

Will any facilities close?
No, all facilities, including our Doniphan, MO, site, will remain open, and we do not plan to move any manufacturing expertise to other sites.
