While you wait for the end of Q1, allow us to give you a quick tour of some of the features on Whether you’re new to this website or want to reacquaint yourself with its tools, we’re here to give you the insider’s scoop on how to maximize its benefits.

1. Log In for the Best Experience

Some information on the Koozie Group® website is only visible once you’re logged in to your account. Make it a habit to sign in right away whenever you are on the site – or simply check the ‘Remember Me’ box to save some time.

2. Manage Orders Like a Boss

Our award-winning Koozie Group Tracker™ is your one-stop location for all order-related details. When logged in to your account, you’ll be able to see all your active orders and even reference orders that have already shipped. From here you can upload artwork, approve proofs, answer clarification questions, and more. You can even invite others to follow an order so your customers or colleagues can stay in the loop.

Pro Tip: When you log in to your account, you’ll see an alert next to My Account if you have any orders on hold that need your attention.

3. Find It All on the Product Page

Individual product pages contain a wealth of details about an item. In addition to price, color options, product descriptions, dimensions, and details, you’ll also be able to:

  • Discover promos available on the item along with the applicable promo code.
  • See live inventory.
  • Create a virtual sample.
  • Email the page to a customer or colleague.
  • View and download the artwork template.
  • Access test documents.
  • Download high-res images of the product, including lifestyle images under Sales Assets.

Pro Tip: When searching by an item number, add an asterisk at the end of the number to take you right to that product page vs. a generic search result that includes anything related to the item number.

4. Two Easy Ways to Pay

You can either pay your invoice when you are logged in to your account or use the Pay as Guest option found in the upper-right corner of the site. Online payment options include credit card or ACH.

Pro Tip: To save time and money, add and save ACH as a payment option when paying online. Not only will paying your invoice go faster the next time around but you’ll also avoid the 3% surcharge applied by our third-party credit card processor.

5. Get a Product in Your Customer’s Hands

If your customer wants to see and touch a product before making a purchase decision, ordering a sample is as easy as going to the product page once logged in and clicking on ‘Order a Sample’. Fill in any necessary details and place your order. Select any combination of samples totaling up to $10 for no charge – just pay shipping! Some restrictions apply – get all the Random Sample details here (must be logged in).

Pro Tip: Our random imprinted samples are inventoried separately, so you’ll only be able to select the colors available in our sample room from the drop-down menu.
