24-Hour Service

Rush Service
We get it. Sometimes your customers have a tight turnaround time, and the item they want may not be available with 24-Hour Service or doesn’t have a standard production time that meets their timeline. When you’re in a pinch, reach out to our customer service team for additional options, and we’ll see what we can do – at no charge!
Copy Changes
A great no-cost option for customers with multiple locations or field offices, we can change the copy on the imprint – the address and phone number, for example – as long as the logo, imprint color, and imprint location remain the same. Catalog minimums must be met per copy change. Find all the program details here.
Set-Ups on 2+ Colors (for most items)
You’ll only pay one set-up fee on most products regardless of the number of colors in an imprint. Additional run charges may apply, so see individual product pages on our website for all the details.
Set-Ups on Exact Repeat Orders
It makes us happy when a delighted customer wants to reorder an item. That’s why we don’t charge for set-ups on exact repeat orders where the item, imprint, imprint method, and imprint location remain exactly the same as the original order. (Exception is calendars.) More details are available here.
Color Assortments
Spice things up by choosing an assortment of colors on most products. Here’s how it works:
- Detail the quantity per color on your PO. For example, if the opening quantity is 24, you can select ANY combination of colors that adds up to 24. For example, select 10 Red, 10 Navy, 1 White, 1 Mint, 1 Silver, and 1 Black. Minimum quantity per order applies, including when Less Than Minimum is available on a product that has color assortment as an option.
- Artwork and imprint color must remain the same for the entire order.
- Exceptions include manufactured items (calendars, Souvenir® Sticky Note™ products, and select writing instruments), kitted items, digital or full-color standard imprint items, Factory Direct items, and Universal Source® items. 24-Hour Service is not available on custom color assortments.

Random Samples (up to $10)
A Random Sample is a great way to get a product in your customers’ hands. The example imprint on a Random Sample consists of a fictional logo, our website address, and, in most cases, the item number. Pick any combination of Random Samples up to $10; orders exceeding that value are invoiced at Net EQP or early pricing Net EQP for Calendars. Freight is not included in the $10 order value and is invoiced at the actual freight cost. Not all products are available as Random Samples, and you can start exploring this offering here. (Must be logged in to your kooziegroup.com account.)

Spec Samples
A Spec Sample is a single item that has an actual logo imprinted on it. Distributors can use it as a selling tool to secure an order. Spec Samples are free; shipping and handling charges apply. Not all products are available as a Spec Sample, including calendars, Factory Direct items, and Universal Source® items. You can send your Spec Sample order to orders@kooziegroup.com.
Exact Quantities
We ship exact quantities at no extra cost so you can rest assured you won’t be short product or be charged for production overruns.
Virtual Samples
Virtual Samples are easy to create every day on kooziegroup.com. You’ll find the Virtual Sample tool in the upper-right corner of each product page. Once you upload your artwork, add and modify any text, and select your product color, you can download, print, or email the Virtual to yourself or your customer.
Custom Flyers
You can customize many of our digital flyers and catalogs with your own branding. Almost all our flyers are available in versions without our logo so you can add your information to them. Plus, we’ve made many of our catalogs and other books available through ZOOMcatalog so you can customize them and share them with your customers. If you don’t see marketing collateral online that suits your needs, please reach out to your sales rep for help.
Storage on Calendar Orders
While it might seem strange to order calendars in the spring or summer, there are lots of good reasons to secure these customer favorites early, including free storage until the fall. As a bonus, you’ll be able to take advantage of early-order pricing when you get those orders in before July 1.
