BIC Graphic, a leader in the promotional products industry, is pleased to announce their Sleepy Eye Publishing facility has earned ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Certification. The Sleepy Eye facility also received ISO 9001 certification in 2012.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Certification requires the completion of rigorous internal and external audits as well as ongoing maintenance audits to ensure continued compliance. The primary principles include Pollution Prevention, Risk Mitigation, Regulatory Compliance, Continual Improvement, Awareness and Involvement of Work Force. With the successful certification of BIC Graphic in Sleepy Eye, 80% of BIC Corporation associates around the world work in ISO 14001 certified factories.
