Today we are honoring Melinda as a BIC Graphic NA Hero for sharing her immensely helpful knowledge on co-op programs with the pricing team during the transition to Oracle.
Melinda has been with BIC Graphic NA for 15 years, starting in tinning. After four years she moved into tracking for seven years and then into product entry planning. She set up co-op program information in a tool that assists customer relations on how to enter and price specific programs.
With her knowledge and expertise, Melinda has most recently been assisting and training with the pricing team. Her background in co-op work has been beneficial in answering and clarifying questions. She has enjoyed learning and developing a better understanding of how to enter and modify co-op pricing for Oracle.
Melinda loves her coworkers and that her job challenges her every day. She doesn’t have a favorite product because she likes everything BIC Graphic NA has to offer!
In her free time Melinda enjoys spending time with her family, including her three children. They attend the kids’ sporting events and love to go out in the boat fishing during the summer and ice fishing in the winter.
