Brandon Carmichael, Custom Sourcing & Quotes Associate – Clearwater, FL
Today we are honoring Brandon for his instrumental help in implementing Smartsheets for quoting and his willingness to adapt! After being with BIC Graphic NA for seven years in customer relations, assisting with training, as an SME for publishing/calendars, and working as a quality assurance analyst; Brandon’s company knowledge is invaluable.
As Custom Sourcing & Quotes Associate Brandon corresponds with our Asia Team as quotes come in, and sends quotes out as soon as all the necessary information has been returned. He is also responsible to create, update and maintain all the forms and Smartsheet system information for his team.
Brandon’s favorite part of working at BIC Graphic NA is being part of such a great team and seeing the company grow in unimaginable ways. He enjoys having the ability to help our distributor customers in a different way than he was able to before in different roles.
Since Brandon is into hammock camping he can’t wait to try the new #26127 KOOZIE® Kamp Hammock, but he REALLY loves the #26042 Mesh Adirondack Chair. He thinks it is by far the most comfortable chair when fishing or hanging out at the park.
When he isn’t at work you can probably find Brandon fishing, but he also enjoys hiking, camping and treasure hunting/metal detecting. Brandon is passionate about product testing and writing reviews for survival, outdoor and tech items in his spare time.
