BIC Graphic NA Hero: Jonaleah Carrow-Sherman

Today we honor Jonaleah for her passion for creating excellence in the drinkware department. She can always be relied on to make sound strategic decisions and motivate her team.

Jonaleah has been with BIC Graphic NA for almost four years. She began as an Indexer and moved through Order Entry to Clarification. Then, as a Manufacturing Liaison she gained valuable knowledge and helped build great rapport with the factory which built the bridge to becoming a Facilitator. Her depth of knowledge on our systems and processes even sent her to Red Wing twice to help with the merge to Oracle. She enjoyed working with the Factory Leads in Minnesota and teaching them the best way to use the system for day-to-day basics.

Today Jonaleah is the Second Shift Manufacturing Facilitator over drinkware, Koozie® can koolers and special pack. She is currently working on raising efficiencies and team building with the newer members of her team. Earlier this year, Jonaleah even created and printed tee-shirts for a team building event because her team is “Second to None!”

Working alongside that amazing team is Jonaleah’s favorite part of working at BIC Graphic. They are an energized group and willing to assist her with whatever she needs to help get a customer their order on time. Her favorite product is the #46168 neolid™ TWIZZ Double Wall Tumbler–12 oz. because she thinks it is the most off the wall product imprinted at her facility.

In her spare time, Jonaleah trains her Great Dane puppy Riley, a gift from her husband on Valentine’s Day. Riley hates squeaky toys, so she likes to steal them and hide them around the house. Jonaleah also loves Disney and baking. She even made 150 cupcakes for the factory floor during Christmas time, which everyone enjoyed. Last month she broke her record and made 204 cupcakes, and likes trying out different flavors like chocolate peppermint, Reese, Snickers, strawberry lemonade and s’mores’.
