(December 9, 2019 – Clearwater, FL) BIC Graphic NA has promoted industry veterans Lori Bauer and Dave Saracino, continuing efforts to deliver an improved customer experience and position the company for long-term growth.
Lori Bauer, ASI’s 2019 Supplier Woman of Distinction, has been promoted to Senior VP of Sales where she will support BIC Graphic’s customers by leading the organization’s strategic selling approach. As part of the BIC Graphic NA team for 21 years, Bauer has shown continued dedication to furthering the positive impacts of the promotional products industry while driving company success.
“Under Lori’s leadership, our sales team has built strong, solid partnerships with our customers. In her new role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Lori will continue to support our customers by further developing a performance-based sales organization that leverages the strength of these relationships, said David Klatt, BIC Graphic CEO. “Lori’s experience in both sales and marketing will also raise the bar with respect to our strategic selling and channel marketing expertise. She has consistently proven to be a vital member of our executive team.”
Dave Saracino will now be responsible for pursuing growth opportunities in the newly created role of Senior VP of Business Development. Saracino will leverage 35 years of industry experience to implement BIC Graphic’s strategy for success. The close relationships he has built in the promo industry will help guide his efforts and support his leadership role in future business activities with the company.

Both Bauer and Saracino transitioned to their new positions in early December 2019.
