Lorenzo Harris, Koozie® Brand Kitter – Saint Petersburg, FL
Today we honor Lorenzo as a BIC Graphic NA Hero because of his positive attitude and flexibility in these times of change due to COVID-19. Over the past month, Lorenzo has worked as a Koozie® brand Kitter, Writing Instrument Kitter, Screen Room Operator, Koozie® Assistant, Special Pack operator, and has helped with Trash/Cardboard. His team is so appreciative of his willingness to help where needed, and recognize that he has truly helped them to manage work flow on a day to day basis.
Lorenzo began with BIC Graphic NA 1-1/2 years ago, and his main area of focus is Koozie® brand kitting. However, he also assists the screen room with scratching and gluing to prepare the screens for imprinting.
His favorite part about working at BIC Graphic NA is being around his coworkers and learning about how different departments function when he learns a new task. Viewing everyday as a new day of learning and the opportunity to help others is what makes Lorenzo excited to come to work each and every day.

“I love putting smiles on everyone’s faces,” says Lorenzo. When he isn’t busy spreading positivity and helping where needed at work, Lorenzo loves reading in his spare time, and his favorite author is Stephen King.
