Today we honor Diane as a BIC Graphic North America Hero for thinking outside and box and doing whatever it takes to make sure our Distributors succeed. She knows that understanding her customers and their business will bring them success – which in turn leads to BIC Graphic NA’s success too!
Diane started with BIC Graphic NA 19 years ago, in June of 2001, in Customer Service. After also working on the Mail Order Team and in the Credit Department, she now works in Elite Customer Care. Day-to-day you’ll find Diane working cases to move orders through the system, answering calls from Distributors, making calls to follow up on orders and anything else that will help her team.
When it comes to our People Powers, Diane is most passionate about Customer Obsession. “If a customer knows they can count on us and they are comfortable with us, they will continue to do business with BIC Graphic,” she says. “It is easy to educate them on the many tools that we offer, which in turn makes it easier for them to do business with us.” It’s no surprise that her favorite part of working at BIC Graphic NA is ensuring customer satisfaction!
Diane loves coming to work everyday to interact with our friendly customers who are always ready to learn more about our business. She does everything she can to help our Distributors because the easier we make things for them the happier they are. According to Diane, “A happy customer is a productive customer. Productive customers send more orders. It’s a win-win for both sides!”
BIC Graphic NA bags and tumblers are some of Diane’s favorite products. In her spare time, you’ll find her spending time with her fur baby, Lucy. Lucy is a lovable and protective 5-year-old “Chiweenie” who was adopted at the age of 4 weeks when she weighed just 2 pounds! (Now she weighs 16 pounds.) On the weekends Diane gets together with friends to play Uno and spend the evenings laughing. Her family also loves going to Florida theme parks and Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN.
Diane and her husband enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren when they aren’t too busy with school, jobs, sports, work, etc. Diane and Tim, her husband, first got together at the young age of 12! They have four children, 25 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. After she retires, they plan to explore the many great sights throughout the United States.
