By now, you’ve probably heard that BIC Graphic NA has officially changed our company name to Koozie Group! We’re excited about all the ways we’ve made changes for good, but also understand that you may have some questions. After all, you worked with us under the BIC Graphic name for decades. The good news is that we’re here for you and want to make this switch as easy as possible for your business. Here is some important info you need to know now that we are Koozie Group.
We still carry your favorite products – especially BIC®
Yes, a new name is part of the agreement put in place when BIC Graphic NA was sold to H.I.G. Capital in 2017, but that doesn’t mean BIC® writing instruments or office supplies are going anywhere! You can still count on us for the iconic BIC® products you know and love, alongside 40+ other popular brands across 10+ product categories.
Even though “Koozie” is in our new company name, that doesn’t mean we are only going to focus on selling drinkware and cooler bags. After considering more than 800 options, the name “Koozie Group” was selected for several reasons:
- The Koozie® brand is a flagship brand for our organization
- The spirit of the Koozie® brand clearly aligns with our company goal of providing useful solutions that evoke positive vibes and spark lasting memories
- “Koozie Group” resonates with our employees who feel proud to manufacture and/or print Koozie® brand products domestically at our sites in Florida and Minnesota.
Updated Contact Info
There are a lot of updates to be made when a company name changes. Just think about how many places your business name is located right now! An easy way to think about the switch is that everything that used to be BIC Graphic is now Koozie Group. This includes our website, kooziegroup.com.
We are redirecting from the BIC Graphic website up for an extended period so you have time to check your favorites and/or bookmarked pages. Just be sure to update any saved links to kooziegroup.com.
Email addresses have also made the switch. You’ll now receive from- and send to- email addresses that end in @kooziegroup.com. For example:
- CustomerService@kooziegroup.com
- Samples@kooziegroup.com
- 24hour@kooziegroup.com
- Your Sales Rep: FirstName.LastName@kooziegroup.com
However, just like our website, old email addresses are still active so we don’ t miss any communication from our Distributors! Our customer service phone number remains the same at 1-888-446-5242.
Going Global
Another plus of our name change is that as Koozie Group we will be back in business worldwide in 2021! Operating under a new name will allow us to sell promotional products outside the US, Canada and approved territories. Beginning January 1st, Koozie Group products can be shipped anywhere across the globe!*

Member Service Organizations
Some of our industry identification numbers are staying the same, but others are changing. After all, it wouldn’t make sense for Koozie Group’s UPIC number to be BIC, right? Here’s how you can find Koozie Group beginning in January 2021:
- ASI US: 40480 (same)
- ASI Canada: 40481 (same)
- UPIC: KOOZIEGP
- PPC: 560705
What is Staying the Same
A lot is changing, but we’re making sure to keep the good stuff BIC Graphic NA was known for, like all those product categories and brands we mentioned before. Additionally, there are other more “technical” things that will remain the same that might interest you too:
- Industry portal item numbers – Listings are under “Koozie Group (previously BIC Graphic)”, but item numbers remain the same
- Our legal primary name of Scribe Opco, Inc.
- All site street addresses and phone numbers, including Customer Service at 1-888-446-5242
- All contracts
- ASI numbers (US #40480 and CAN #40481)
- We will maintain the BIC® brand within our product assortment
