Customer Relationship Manager – Customer Experience – Sleepy Eye, Minnesota
Today we recognize Faith Ryan for her role as a Customer Relationship Manager in the Customer Experience Department at our Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, facility.
Faith has worked for Koozie Group for a little over four years. She started in Customer Service, moved into Elite Customer Care, transitioned into Tier 2 Customer Care, then joined the Voice of Customer team in February 2021. A little more than a year later in April 2022, Faith took on her current role as a Customer Relationship Manager.
Day to day, Faith helps build and develop relationships with the national accounts that she supports. She also assists with statistics for her department’s quarterly meetings with the accounts. The purpose of these meetings is to go over what is working, as well as identify opportunities to ensure that Koozie Group is meeting expectations. Additionally, Faith is constantly looking for patterns and trends in areas that need attention in order to improve the customer experience.
“I love talking with companies and getting feedback,” she said. “The feedback helps both companies to grow and develop stronger relationships.”
Not surprisingly for someone who works so closely with customers, Faith’s favorite People Power is Customer Obsession. She often goes above and beyond to help wherever and whenever needed.
As a testament to this, one customer even remarked in an email to Koozie Group, “I want to let you know about an exceptional representative you have in Faith Ryan. She listens, she speaks in a calming manner when stress levels are high, she researches the issue, she seeks solutions, and she follows through. I have been a distributor since 1996, and in all my years, she is the best of the best.”
Faith’s favorite part about working at Koozie Group is the ability to grow within the company.
“We are treated like one big family,” she said.
As for her favorite Koozie Group product, Faith is actually partial toward the entire line of SCX Design® products.
“I love the way they light up, the sleek look, and the way they are designed,” she said.
In her spare time, Faith likes to golf, spend time with her family, and watch or attend World of Outlaws Sprint car races. Another fun fact about Faith is that she loves riding motorcycles.
“We often will drive from Minnesota to Arizona to see family. We drive instead of flying just so we can go through the mountains,” she said.
