National Account Manager – Sales – Clearwater, Florida

Today we recognize Harold Wood for his role as a National Account Manager in our Sales Department.

Harold has over 19 years of service with the company, dating back to 2004 when it was known as Norwood Promotional Products. He began his career as a Territory Sales Rep before being promoted to a Field Account Manager that same year. Harold held that role through all of the company transitions from Norwood to BIC Graphic and now Koozie Group. In 2022, he was promoted to National Account Manager.

In his current position, Harold manages five national accounts with the help from his Inside Sales Partner, Lessia Groce. As a National Account Manager, he could be on a plane in the morning; headed to sales meetings, events, or shows; or answering emails or questions about Koozie Group’s products, service, or the company.

“We take time to work with accounts on their projects, educating them on our brands and abilities, and mostly helping them find solutions for their clients,” he said. “Every day, I have the opportunity to work with the best teams in the industry and share the Koozie Group love.”

For Harold, the best part of working at Koozie Group is interacting with all of our teams.

“We want everyone to know we are here to help, whether it is a customer, our service team, production, finance, or ownership,” he said. “My favorite quote is, ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’ We can go further as a company working together.”

With this in mind, it’s no wonder that Harold’s favorite People Power is One Team, as he notes that “we are more capable as a collection than individuals.”

Outside of work, Harold is a new grandfather who looks forward to every weekend that he gets to spend with his grandchild, Blake, as well as his children, Chris, Ryan, and Emily; his wife, Michelle; and his daughter-in-law, Hailey, as well as his family’s dogs, Izzy, Koozie, and Ellie. Harold also loves rooting for the Yankees and watching Anime when he has the time.

Thank you, Harold, for being a role model and an ambassador for Koozie Group both internally and externally!
