Customer Relations Team Lead – St. Petersburg, FL
Today we honor Jasmina as a BIC Graphic North America Hero for stepping up and helping to make sure things are done quickly and correctly for our customers. She always strives to do her best, supporting both internal and external customers with whatever is needed.
Jasmina has worked at BIC Graphic NA for 8 years, starting as a Clarification Representative. That role allowed her to learn other business functions like order entry, pricing, claims and resolutions. It wasn’t long before Jasmina moved into Elite Customer Care which prepared her for her next step as a Team Lead.
As a Customer Relations Team Lead, Jasmina’s responsibilities include assisting the Sales, Customer Service and Order Management Teams with any questions or issues they may have with orders. She provides a daily report of current work volume and maintains cases using Salesforce while also accepting phone calls and emails from both internal and external customers. As the 2nd Shift Lead, she also works closely with the Manufacturing Team on any discrepancies while producing orders.
Recently, Jasmina has been excited about working with her supervisor on a pricing returns project. The project encompasses building and including questionnaires for our Order Management Teams to help improve their knowledge on pricing orders, and in turn, helping save costs on returns.
Jasmina is most passionate about the Ask, Seek, Go Deep and Learn People Power. “With my position it is constantly a learning curve as I receive many questions throughout the day,” she says. “If it is something I am not sure of I will try to find the answer, whether it be a new procedure or the process we use to produce an item.”
Jasmina’s favorite part of working at BIC Graphic NA is her coworkers. She says they are always putting a smile on her face, even through stressful days. When it comes to our products, Jasmina’s favorite is a House of Marley® Bluetooth® speaker. According to her, it is one of the coolest and best speakers!
In her spare time, Jasmina enjoys swimming and relaxing in her pool. Due to Coronavirus, it’s hard to travel but she is still checking out new spots in Florida (like Bok Tower Gardens) with friends. She loves to experiment with restaurants and places – trying many different foods and exploring other cities.
