Configurator – Manufacturing – Sleepy Eye, Minnesota
Today we recognize Renola Dauer for her role as a Configurator in our Manufacturing Department.
Renola has worked for Koozie Group® for the past 31 years, beginning in Order Entry then moving up to Routing Checker, Order Maintenance, Manufacturing Configurator, Order Entry and Manufacturing Configurator, and Data Management Supervisor and Configurator. In these various roles, Renola has designed and used the Order Entry and Manufacturing Rules in PeopleSoft and the First Models in EBS.
Each day, Renola works closely with the Oracle Setup team and Operations to make sure that they have the correct information to service our internal and external customers. She also assists Data Management and the Sleepy Eye Manufacturing Liaison Team with direction and processes.
For Renola, the two best parts about working at Koozie Group® are the awesome people and the opportunities employees have to advance in their careers. Her favorite People Power is “Know the Business & Deliver.”

Working at the Sleepy Eye facility, it’s no surprise that Renola’s favorite product is calendars. The designs, the pictures, and the fact that you can use them all year round are three reasons why!
In her spare time, Renola enjoys hiking, biking, and making memories around the campfire with friends. She is looking forward to retirement in 2023 and spending summers at the lake and winters in California with her daughter. Thank you, Renola, for 31 incredible years of service!
