EBS Developer – Information Technology – Clearwater, Florida
Today we recognize Uday Kondapaneni for his role as an EBS Developer in our Information Technology Department.
Uday has been working in his current position since joining Koozie Group two years ago. In this role, Uday is responsible for the support and development of our EBS application, improving web Order Management (OM) application performance, leading and mentoring the offshore team, maintaining all the outbound interfaces to vendors, and supporting Business Intelligence and integration teams.
For Uday, the best part about working at Koozie Group is “exploring the unknown” and performing research to go above and beyond when solving problems.
“My role requires a lot of multitasking,” he said. “I love the fact that my work brings the best out of me. I am passionate about learning new things and I consider myself very fortunate to work in a field that is always challenging and growing with new technologies, capabilities, and ideas.”
What gets Uday excited to come to work each day is knowing he can make someone’s day easier by doing his job.
“I develop something that business users and marketing professionals can use that will help the company connect with customers and fulfill the customers’ needs,” he said.
As for his favorite Koozie Group product, Uday is a big fan of writing instruments, particularly the BIC® Clic Stic® and Souvenir® pens. When it comes to People Powers, Uday has two favorites: Ask, Seek, Go Deep & Learn and One Team.
“It’s important to know the business and perform the magic to fill in the gaps,” he said. “I also need to thank all my colleagues. They are the backbone who supported me in hard times, both professionally and personally.”
When not at work, Uday enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for a walk or a drive in the evenings, cooking, and traveling. His last trip was to the Bahamas, and he has a few more upcoming trips planned, as well!
Thank you, Uday, for your leadership and for making our jobs easier by maintaining the applications we use every day!
