You’ll now enjoy the benefits of the award-winning Koozie Group Tracker™ when you place an order for a product previously available through IMAGEN Brands. Plus, with this integration, these items are now also available for sale in Canada!

Order-Related Details
Orders for IMAGEN Brands™ products that were open on March 1 were re-entered into the Koozie Group® system between March 2 and 3. If you had an open order, you should have received an email letting you know that we were re-entering it and a follow-up order confirmation once the order was entered. You’ll be able to manage your order using the Koozie Group Tracker™ from that point forward.
Any invoices for IMAGEN Brands™ orders completed before March 1 will have to be paid via check and sent to the lockbox address on the invoice. If you want to pay another way, please contact the Accounts Receivable team at 888-446-5242 and choose option 5. You will not be able to pay these invoices online.
Payments for orders re-entered into the Koozie Group® system and those placed after March 1 must be paid either via check or online using ACH or credit card (3% processing fee applies). We will no longer be able to accept ACH or credit card payments over the phone or via email. Learn about payment options here.

Repeat Orders
You must let us know at the time of the order that you are placing a repeat order on an IMAGEN Brands™ product and reference the previous IMAGEN Brands™ order number. With this information, there will not be a set-up fee. Note: We can only access previous art for up to 24 months after the initial order.
