Today we are honoring Ruth for her willingness to be flexible and pitch in wherever needed! While helping the business in various roles, Ruth has proven to be a positive, patient and invaluable team player.
Ruth started at BIC Graphic NA in April of 2018 in the Clarification Department. After about six months she was asked to help out by supporting the Senior Resolution Specialist (SRS) team. Until recently she was working double-duty by supporting two areas of the business as she transitioned into her new position as an Elite Customer Care Rep.
To start her day, Ruth looks over any job travelers that are at her desk. She investigates issues and spends time finding resolution via phone and email. She consistently tries her best to have a solution to any order issues before reaching out to a distributor and will even go out to production for answers when necessary.
Ruth’s favorite part of working at BIC Graphic is the opportunity to always learn new things. She enjoys seeing how and why things are done and enjoys the cool people she gets to interact with on the job. Because she enjoys problem solving, Ruth gets most excited to
The BGNA People Power Ruth is most passionate about is “One Team.” Especially in her role with SRS, Ruth has seen exactly why it is so important for everyone to work together. She understands that everyone in the businesses depends upon each other to keep things running smoothly. It is a good feeling when she can help turn a negative experience for a distributor into a positive one.
Ruth’s is loving the #16042 Koozie® Chillin’ Bluetooth Speaker this summer, which she has used a lot with her family. Her and her husband have five kids together, ages 5-16 plus a dog, cat and two bearded dragons – so there aren’t many dull moments in their home. When she has a spare moment, you can find Ruth running, playing softball or cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
