As a result, Cap America strives to be active participants in their community and give back to those who have supported their business for the last 34 years.
Locally, Cap America supports the Salvation Army, United Organizations of Madison County Christmas Project, Madison County Caring Council and the Workforce Development Board. Acknowledging the value of education, Cap America also supports the Fredericktown R-1 Educational Foundation as well as the Mineral Area College Foundation and has established a Scholarship/Tuition Reimbursement for those who wish to pursue higher learning.
Cap America has also partnered with Camp Hope, a retreat for war wounded military veterans located near Cap America’s headquarters in Southeast Missouri. Camp Hope’s mission is to honor the fallen by helping the wounded. They are 100% funded by donations and volunteerism – there is no paid staff or overhead. Proceeds donated to Camp Hope directly benefit service men and women that gave selflessly for our freedoms by offering all-expenses-paid adventures and comradery.
