Elite Customer Care Representative – Red Wing, MN
Today we honor Whitney for demonstrating customer obsession in her daily interactions with 4imprint. She knows the business and is known to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Whitney started at BIC Graphic NA as a temp in April of 2015 as part of the Manufacturing Liaison Team (MLT). In November of that year, Whitney was hired directly and moved to a Customer Relations Team Lead role before accepting an Elite Care Rep position in May 2017.
As an Elite Care Rep, Whitney works directly with 4imprint. Her days are filled with emails and phone calls to provide pricing, inventory levels and making sure orders are running smoothly. Her favorite part of working at BIC Graphic NA is the customers she works with and the relationships she has built. Whitney feels fortunate to have met and work with AMAZING people every day.
The People Power Whitney feels most passionate about is Customer Obsession because it allows her to utilize all the people powers to truly provide the service our customers deserve. According to Whitney, “Without our customers, we are only a building.”
Whitney gets excited to come into work because every day is different and there is always something new to learn. While some days are spent answering questions, other days you’ll find her running around to work an urgent order.
It’s hard for Whitney to pick just one favorite product, but she settled on the #26093 Super-soft Plush Blanket because “Have you felt how soft it is?!”
Whitney has two college degrees, in Criminal Justice and Supervisory Management, and has the goal of moving into a BGNA Supervisor role someday. When she isn’t at work, Whitney spends time with her three daughters who always keep her on her toes. Together they enjoy baking, crafting or just having fun.
