Section
The part of the pen that covers the writing tip is known as the section. In terms of color, it can match the barrel, clip cam, and plunger cover. The BIC® Clic Stic® pen offers over 600 trim and barrel color combinations! You can even mix and match colors to complement your logo.
Durable Tungsten Carbide Ball
The only substance harder is diamond! The perfectly spherical shape of the tungsten carbide ball contributes to smooth and consistent writing.
Cartridge & Ink
The cartridge (which holds the ink) in a BIC® Clic Stic® pen has a minimum 2-year shelf life. The ink comes in blue or black and 1mm medium ballpoint or .07mm fine point. Writes first time, every time!®
Barrel
The barrel is the main external section of the pen that houses the ballpoint, cartridge, and ink. It is also where the imprint is placed. To ensure the longevity of your message, we use only high-grade materials that help prevent twisting, breaking, separating, corroding, or leaking. We’re serious about making sure your imprint won’t fade or scratch, as it must pass 10 quality tests!
Actuator and Plunger
The pieces that set the writing process in motion, the actuator and plunger are produced by an injection molding process. At Koozie Group, we use the best grade of plastic to ensure the quality of our products.
Clip Cam
The area of the pen that houses the actuator and plunger, the clip cam is designed to withstand up to 15 pounds of force without breaking!
Plunger Cover
This is where the magic begins! Simply press down on the plunger cover, wait for that click, release, and get ready to write.
