Back in October, we announced that we were going to merge Koozie Group and IMAGEN Brands into one assortment under the Koozie Group® name. Our teams have been busy since then working to provide a smooth transition, and the final integration is just around the corner. We wanted to update you on our final preparations before our March 4 cutover date and give you a preview of the great things to come.

IMAGEN Brands™ Orders

We are doing what we can to complete as many orders as possible for IMAGEN Brands™ products before March 1. If we can’t complete your order before that date, you’ll receive an email from us letting you know that it’s being entered into the Koozie Group® system between March 2 and 3. Once entered, you’ll receive an order confirmation from customerservice@kooziegroup.com. From that point forward, you can use the link in the order confirmation to manage your order using the award- winning Koozie Group Tracker™.

A word about calendars…

If you ordered Press-N-Stick Calendars, you received an email from us letting you know that we would be entering your order after March 1. There are four exceptions to this, and we anticipate just a short delay in getting the orders for these products entered:

  • Item #V7859 Triumph® Calendars Press-N-Stick Business Card Holder – Unimprinted
  • Item #V7869 Triumph® Calendars Press-N-Stick Business Card Holder – Imprinted
  • Item #V8858 Triumph® Calendars Press-N-Stick XL 3-Month Horizontal Calendar
  • Item #V8860 Triumph® Calendars Press-N-Stick 3-Month Jumbo Calendar

Paying IMAGEN Brands™ Invoices

For orders that are completed before March 1:
All payments can be made by sending the payment remit to payment@kooziegroup.com and mailing payments to:

Don’t worry – the payment information will be on your invoice, too! If you want to pay a different way, please call the Accounts Receivable team at 888-446-5242 and choose option 5. You will not be able to make these payments online on kooziegroup.com.

For orders placed after March 1 and those re-entered into the Koozie Group® system between March 2 and 3:
We will no longer be accepting payment over the phone or via email for IMAGEN Brands™ orders. You can make these payments via check using the information above, or you can make them online by logging in to your kooziegroup.com account or by using our Pay as Guest option.

  • Credit Card Payments: A 3% fee is applied by our third-party credit card processor.
  • ACH: You can avoid the 3% surcharge by selecting this option when paying online.

What’s to Come After March 4

After March 4, IMAGEN Brands™ products will be fully configurable and orderable on kooziegroup.com! You’ll be able to shop our extended product range, with 10+ categories and 30+ brands, all from one spot and enjoy the benefits of the award-winning Koozie Group Tracker™ when you place an order. Plus, with this integration, these items will also be available for sale in Canada!

We’ve already put a lot of great changes into place, and we hope you’ve been taking advantage of them, including:

    Can you please email me the info. that I need to setup you up to pay invoices via ACH?
